Over the past few weeks, there have been numerous employee comments related to the value created by EMSolutions. We have also heard from the customer, understand their requirements and identified an efficient method to deliver the product to them.
If you think about the mission statement and two critical success factors listed above, all of this seems to be appropriate, timely and in line with the overall direction of the company.
The goal of the campaign was to create awareness and excitement for the new product, develop an understanding of customer values and hopefully have a little fun during the process.
This brings us to our final Customer Value Driver.

Provides reporting designed to allow customer to manage the health and maintenance of their equipment more efficiently.
EM Solutions Level 3
Provides expert dealer recommendations helping customer make informed decisions about managing and maintaining their equipment.
EM Solutions Level 4
Leverages the expert service personnel at Thompson Tractor to perform scheduled PM services lowering operating costs and increasing machine availability.
EM Solutions Level 5
Puts the management of the fleet in the capable hands of Thompson Tractor allowing the customer to focus on running their business.
Everyone’s role is important and ultimately provides a service to our customers and ourselves.
